The history of ‘Art Story’ began in the 60’s, as a beautiful family house resting amid the Katholiki region in the center of Limassol.
Through studying every design detail we envisioned the new stories that could be written within a modern structure that meets all present and future needs while reflecting the wisdom of the past.
Expressing the dualities of time, its beginning and its present, Art Story was born through a vision to physically and philosophically connect the old form to a new era.
ARCHITECTURE
Art Story draws inspiration from the historic architecture of the gates and doors of the old house reviving the immaculate design into a modern façade.
A fabric of screen shades surrounding the verandas represents not only a modern twist to an old design but a functional support providing shading and solitude.
INTERIOR DESIGN
The scheme proposes open plan kitchen and living areas connected to generous outdoor areas.
Full height windows ensure bright interiors and our uncompromising attention to detail and style provides an impressive selection of luxurious finishes creating a feeling of sophistication and quality throughout.
All apartments are cleverly designed so that the entrance opens directly into the communal space, ensuring a degree of separation between the more private areas.
